at the intersection of landscape, humanity, and art

Whether through the lens of landscape architecture, urban design, or art, the importance of designing a resilient, equitable, and beautiful world is at the core of what inspires my life and design work. My motivation is heavily inspired by a desire to connect people’s inner lives with their physical, sensory lives and in so doing, spark empathy through a more integrated narrative. I believe that designing intentional landscapes that are rich in narrative, will catalyze positive change in the world. After five years in academia, I am seeking a position in practice so that I can contribute in my more direct way to building a bridge between people and the environments that shape them.
